Rename RpcConsumerRegistry

    Description

      RpcConsumerRegistry has an odd name, which does not follow our usual service patterns. The reason for this is that RpcService is a baseline contract in yang.binding.

      Once we remove RpcService in MDSAL-772, rename RpcConsumerRegistry to RpcService.
