Generate NAME constant for ietf-restconf:yang-data interfaces

DataObjects (and other constructs) generate a QNAME constant, which provides a yang.common bridge between the Binding and yang-{data,model}-api manifestations of the same construct.

Add a NAME constant based on YangDataName to all generated interfaces and expose it through an instance method, name().
