NodeCodecContext implementation should improve sizing hints based on schema context

For situations where StreamWriterGenerator cannot emit a sizing hint based on actual data, NodeCodecContext can derive a sizing hint from the SchemaContext – at the very least, it can emit an accurate prediction for containers where all leaves are mandatory.

Analyze what sizing hints can be derived when and implement them.
