Medium Description
When you go to https://docs.opendaylight.org/en/latest/ you see Potassium on the top of the page. But when you click on https://docs.opendaylight.org/projects/netconf/en/latest/index.html you see Silicon.
Align netconf's docs version with distribution as follows:
- master -> Potassium
- 5.0.x -> Argon
- 4.0.x -> Chlorine
