    Description

      We have a JAX-RS annotation to define the PATCH HTTP method, @Patch. This is not necessary, as JAX-RS 2.1.x already includes such an annotation, @PATCH.

      Migrate usage of our home-grown annotation with the standard one, deprecating @Patch.
