Description
Now, the RESTCONF base path is hard-coded in URLConstants#BASE_PATH. Eliminate it into OSGiNorthbound (or other suitable place), for example.
This way applications which are implementing additional logic on top of NETCONF, for example lighty.io, will be able to use custom base paths. Currently, users wishing to configure RESTCONF paths are facing several issues with streams, websockets, etc.
