Description
Test that we can change settings by using karaf's etc/org.opendaylight.restconf.nb.rfc8040 file. If it works as expected we can remove
restconf8040.cfg file and adapt user-guide.
We expect that configuration should be hold in etc/org.opendaylight.restconf.nb.rfc8040 as defined in OSGiNorthbound class.
