    Description

      Error on trying to desconfig bgp-rib

      Steps to reproduce the bug.

      1- Install odl-bgpcep-bgp-all,odl-restconf-noauth
      2- Configure bgp-rib
      https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BGP_LS_PCEP:User_Guide#RIB_2
      3- Delete it.
