    Description

      The data store (via DataTree) performs automatic non-presence container lifecycle. This means that merging empty non-presence containers is a no-op and is not required anymore.

      Modify BrokerFacade so it performs considers the SchemaContext data available and merges only items which are not non-presence containers.
