Netconf-device notifications in ODL

    Description

      I'm working with netconf-testtool and ODL Beryllium release, trying to fetch the netconf-testtool notifications from the ODL restconf.

      At the device level, by executing "create-subscription" for a particular session I'm able to receive the notifications but not with the restconf.

      As per the below thread, there isn't support for netconf device notifications with restconf.
