Restfonf returns Status.Ok if delete fails

RestconfImpl.deleteConfigurationData@973 (1.4.0-Boron)

Futures.addListener (used by addCallback) says:

// ListenableFuture's contract is that it will not throw unchecked

log.log(Level.SEVERE, "RuntimeException while executing runnable "
+ listener + " with executor " + executor, e);

but RestconfImpl does throw RestconfDocumentedException (RuntimeException)

in handlerLoggerPost.

which results in deleteConfigurationData returning Status.OK.
