Add acceptance/E2E tests to testtool

    Description

      Currently there no tests are implemented for testtool, neither unit, integration or acceptance tests. Recently some basic functionalities ware found broken after release, on some basic usage scenarios. Examples: failure on first SSH connection (NETCONF-612), broken support for GetSchema (NETCONF-624)
