    Description

      The O-RAN Alliance has decided to terminate NetConf sessions as soon as possible.

      This Jira is the request from O-RAN to ODL for supporting such behavior and is basically a copy of https://jira.o-ran-sc.org/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=7&projectKey=OAM&view=planning&selectedIssue=OAM-1
