Allow SshClient configuration to be tuned by netconf-client users

    Description

      Currently there is no way to tune the parameters of SshClient when one uses netconf-client artifact. Allow SshClient being used to be fully customized (as opposed to using the statically-configured DEFAULT_CLIENT).
