netconf:config-api and netty-config-api missing version

Not entirely sure which pom this is failing on but seems to be missing a version. I can't seem to find config-api and netty-config-api in the netconf repo. Are these artifacts netconf artifacts? or should they be controller artifacts and someone accidently renamed the wrong groupid?
