netconf-artifacts declares the wrong version for features-netconf-connector

    Description

      features-netconf-connector's POM inherits netconf-features-parent's version, 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT; but netconf-artifact's POM uses ${mdsal.version} for features-netconf-connector (1.3.0-SNAPSHOT).

      https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/26920/ fixes this by using ${project.version} instead (1.0.0-SNAPSHOT).
