Use yang-ext:mount in NETCONF topology

    Description

      We currently do not have a modeling tie-in between NETCONF topology (whose implementation populates DOMMountPointService) and RESTCONF crossing those places.

      Once we have yang-ext:mount available as a proper extension, update netconf-node-topology to place the proper marker.
