Medium Description
NETCONF-914 provides a structured way of propagating device RPCs – via RemoteDeviceRpcs. Unfortunately they still refer to DOMActionService and DOMRpcService. Only one of them is implemented for schemaless devices, and that is using AnyxmlNode for transport.
Add an interface indirection to capture the ability to have schemaless mount points.
