Description
netconf-netty-util's AbstractNetconfSession is using a long for session id. As per the specification this has to be non-zero uint32, as captured in NETCONF-710.
Update the design to have a SessionId class – either hand-crafted or, better, yang-modeled, so it can be used in models.
