Table-240 flows are not removed even after delete the VM instance

    Description

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Create 1  network
      2. Create 2 VM instances
      3. Check the communication between the VMs
      4. Delete the VMs

      Observation:

      When VMs are deleted, the table-240 flow is not removed from the dump-flows.
