Performance issue observed while associating router to VPN

Performance issue observed  while associating router to VPN

1. Create Network, Subnet1I(IPv4) and Subnet2(IPV6)
2. Create Router and associate subnet to it.
3. Check FIB --> PASS
4. Create L3VPN and associate router to it.

Observation:

 Updating RD value field take few seconds for each FIB entry and it is happening for one by one route entries.
