Scenario:

1) NET1 associated to BGPVPN1. VM1 booted on NET1 on DPN1.

2) NET2 associated to BGPVPN2. BGPVPN2 importes routes from BGPVPN1. VM2 booted on NET2 on DPN2.

VM1 route imported into BGPVPN2 is not translated to flows on DPN2.
