      IGMP Snooping (igmp-snooping)

      Description

      Support IGMPv3 Snooping per RFC 4541. 

      This RFC describes how to listen to IGMP messages, to discover IPv4 multicast listeners and routers. A database will be constructed, based on IGMP messages, that will be used to forward IPv4 Multicast packets to registered listeners. Additionally, IGMPv3 control packets will be forwarded to multicast listeners and routers.

      This feature will not support IPv6 MLD Snooping.

      There will be a global flag to enable/disable IGMP Snooping, used at ODL startup.
