ACL Stat RPC is returning back drop stat as 0 in below scenario:

(a) Create SG with allow all ICMP rule in both the direction

(b) Create 2 VMs with above created SG.

(c) Delete security rules from the SG created above

(d) Send ICMP traffic. Drops will be present in table 214

(e) Check Stats. 0 is returned from Stats RPC even though drops are present in table 214
