Add methods to make debugging controller test easier

Add troubleshooting tools similar to what netvirt csit does - more debug collections, collecting config files, etc. For controller, are there files like akka debugging options that would be useful?

One useful tool would be a tool which can process ODL / Karaf logs and trace how the cluster state changes.
