    Description

      Neighbor NAPT switches group table buckets remain empty due to missing tunnel interface in MDSAL:

      group_id=200001,type=all

      The log shows:
      2016-09-13 08:07:48,542 | WARN | on-dispatcher-61 | NaptSwitchHA | 369 - org.opendaylight.netvirt.natservice-impl - 0.4.0.SNAPSHOT | RPC Call to getTunnelInterfaceId returned with Errors []

      Suggested solution is to update the group table buckets upon transport zone update, once the tunnel interface is created.
