MIP address learnt even when there is no BGPVPN.
Steps:
1. Create two VMs on same network with subnets associated to a router.
2. Configure hidden IP on VM1.
3. Ping the hidden IP from VM2.
Observation:
Ping will succeed as the IP is within same network, it takes ELAN pipeline.
But hidden IPs are learnt and monitored even though it is not supposed to learn when there is no BGPVPN. This is as part of the current design.
Observed a sporadic issue when router is associated to BGPVPN, flows related to hidden IP with router metadata is removed on switch but the IP exists in "odl-l3vpn:learnt-vpn-vip-to-port-data" datastore.
Because of this, when we ping hidden IP from VM2, it ignores to learn as it already exists in the mentioned datastore.
This issue is observed after multiple tries of associate/dissociate router to/from BGPVPN.
