if a MIP has got into a situation where multiple nexthops exist for it. Then VM currently holding MIP is migrated. When this VM migrates to new DPN, L3VPN gets interface remove event for old DPN and add for new DPN. As part of remove event, VM's primary-IP alone is removed. When MIP's FIB entry is attempted to removed , instead of remove , it gets updated due to multiple nexthops. Hence MIP-IP remains as stale in FIB and Oper-Vpn-Interface. Due to this , when add event comes for new DPN , its not processed due to stale Oper-Vpn-Interface and bail-out happens.
