[1] shows what the original plan was to be. That plan you actually had more openstack releases to worry about. Each ODL release was tied to an OpenStack release since we moved to the twice a year ODL release schedule that would line up with OpenStack. Notice Fluorine would have been Rocky, then Neon Stein, Sodium is Train. Looks like OpenStack releases are sliding a bit so recent ODL releases would go out before the related OpenStack release. Not a biggie since we have the sliding workflow mentioned earlier.
So we should move Fluorine Rocky, then neon to stein. sodium stays at stein for a bit till train is more stable.
