NetVirt patch test failing due to SFC distro check

      NetVirt patch builds are failing [0] due to SFC decoupling.

      As far as I could figure, the builder project figures the list of allowed projects and then checks for the “distribution pulled projects” to have a match with the allowed projects. In this case, SFC is part of the “distribution pulled projects” but not part of the “allowed projects”, hence the build is marked as failed. I couldn’t exactly figure where the “distribution pulled projects” list is pulled from (seems /tmp/org/opendaylight/$GERRIT_PROJECT). I guess we need to put a fix to avoid it fetching SFC project. Is this anyway supposed to pick up just the managed projects?
