L2 Forwarding Table=110 Flows Missing

    Description

      This observation was made for a CSIT run where connectivity tests failed (see attached log.html):

      It appears that the compute1 node is missing table=110 flows for DHCP (30.0.0.2) and VM1 (30.0.0.3). VM1 was created on the compute2 node.
      The corresponding flows appear to be missing from the config datastore as well.

      Also attached are the karaf logs from this CSIT instance.
