an add extra route disappeared after reboot a virtual machine

    Description

      Hello,

      When I add an extraRoute using this cli:
      neutron router-update router1 --routes type=dict list=true destination=40.1.1.0/24,nexthop=10.1.1.2
      I can see it in the opendaylight fib (cli fib-show).
      but if I reboot the VM the extra route disappeared from the opendaylight fib
