    Description

      Ipv6PktHandler is not getting invoked when a VM sends out a RouterSolicitation/NeighborSolicitation request.

      Following this change [1], Ipv6PktHandler is not getting
      invoked for RS/NS meant for router interfaces. This patch
      fixes this issue.
