Stale NAT entries are not getting removed for external FLAT/VLAN network

Stale FIB Entry (21->44)
Stale Tunnel Entry (36->46)
Stale LFIB Entry (47->21)

All the above stable entry flows are not getting removed properly for external FLAT/VLAN provider type networks.
