    Description

      The recent feature that went into Carbon SR1 "Neutron DHCP Port Allocation" vide review:
      https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/59186

      does not make sure that the Frames shipped by ODL DHCP Service carries the DHCP Port MacAddress.

      This needs to be fixed.
