CSC does not export BGP routes to DC-GW whose nexthop is an endpoint of an inter-VPN link

    Description

      EFFECT:

      For inter-VPN link scenario, after adding static route to any of the virtual routers associated to any of the L3VPNs that link the inter-VPN link, using as nexthop the IP of the other endpoint of the link, CSC fails to export the route to DC-GW.
