After starting the controller It takes more than a minute to get a response from the controller

      After running

      1. sh /opt/opendaylight/bin/start

      And running
      curl -H "Content-Type:application/json" -u admin:admin http://<controller IP>:<controller port>/controller/nb/v2/neutron/networks

      It takes a minute to get a proper result:

      The first response is: Not found
      After a while: Unauthorized
      After a minute: a proper result
