NPE deleting VPN with members

    Description

      NPE deleting VPN with members.

      • create VPN, add site, delete VPN fails

      I get a HTML status 500 on removing the VPN. I also get this when
      using postman.

      Just before, I had this added to ODL intent (GET with postman):
