Some elementary functions taking an object list as input do not comply with the spec

In the current OCP plugin implementation, some elementary functions (such as get-param, modify-param, get-state, modify-state, get-fault and create-obj) take an object list as input, which is not compliant with the OCP spec where any elementary function takes only one object as input.
