org.opendaylight.mdsal namespace is reserved for use in MD-SAL project. odlmicro must not use it for two reasons:

• it leads to confusion over code ownership
• it lends itself to split packages

Migrate all infringing code into odlmicro's namespace (org.opendaylight.odlmicro).
