Using karaf.archiveZip=false fails the build

      When running the build with this option:

      mvn -U -Dkaraf.archiveZip=false deploy -DaltDeploymentRepository=tmp::default::file:///tmp -B -Pq -am -pl odl-netvirt/karaf | tee -a /tmp/odl.build.log

       

      I'm getting the following error:

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project features-test: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.opendaylight.odlparent:features-test:bundle:3.1.3.test: Could not find artifact org.opendaylight.odlparent:opendaylight-karaf-empty:zip:3.1.3.test in opendaylight-mirror-ds (http://download.devel.redhat.com/brewroot/repos/rhos-13.0-odl-rhel-7-build/latest/maven/) -> [Help 1]
