Generate sources and javadoc artifacts (jars)

    Description

      We would like to generate sources and javadoc artifacts for all projects. The best way to do it would be to enable it in the odlparent project. Currently we have the source and javadoc plugin being defined in the <pluginManagement> section of the pom.xml. To enable the use we need to define them in the regular <plugins> section as well.
