Remove guice declarations

Guice is pretty much dead and reacting very slowly to things evolving. While there is 4.2.2 which 'supports' Java 11, it is incomplete – see https://github.com/google/guice/issues/1256

Furthermore mycila is a dead project: https://github.com/mycila/guice with no movement in three years, no progress on releasing 4.0 (the last release is rc1) and with no response from devs eventhough there has been some pinging them.
