SFT causes container refresh

      It seems there is a misalignment between pax-exam and karaf-4.2.8, which is causing the container to be rewired due to replacement of

       

      mvn:org.apache.geronimo.specs/geronimo-atinject_1.0_spec/1.0

      which is installed as part of dependencies, with:

      mvn:org.apache.geronimo.specs/geronimo-atinject_1.0_spec/1.1

      which is part of pax-web-features.
