Update <description/> in parent pom.xmls

odlparent-lite/pom.xml contains a description, which is being inherited by everyone downstream.

This is problematic, as this text leaks to various places: generated features, Sonar installation, etc. etc.

Remove the description, so that any downstream not setting a description will get a non-existent one rather than a generic blob.
