Description
Our default test setup is still using JUnit4 and there are cracks showing up, for example with mockito in parallel test execution.
We should be able to switch to JUnit5 as the execution framework without needing to migrate tests as such – downstreams can then pick and choose what they want to do. This should be a straightforward exercise.
