Description

This is a tracker bug for the migration to karaf-maven-plugin features generation. Current patches are:

odlparent: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/39539
yangtools: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/38638
mdsal: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/39468

netconf and aaa patches are in the works but I'm waiting for consensus on the general approach before finishing them.
