SingleFeatureTest fails with java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 1099

(Not sure under which product in bugzilla to file this; if odlparent is not appropriate for this, then please do feel free to move to whatever project should own this.)

Anyone knows what's going on here? Is whatever VM or container this build runs on not isolated from other builds, can they step on each other's feet re. ports?
