    Description

      SingleFeatureTest (SFT) under Karaf 4 never actually fails, even if there are exceptions .. Pax Exam, or (more likely perhaps) something
      in that PerRepoTestRunner / PerFeatureRunner wrapper we built, appears to
      swallow ll exceptions thrown by SingleFeatureTest's @Test installFeature().
