[Karaf 4] karaf4-parent fails in maven-antrun-plugin patch-karaf-scripts

When I locally run a "mvn clean install" on infrautils (on Git rev d60bcc30f66befb84d9e3eeea0e8fc76960e6b12, that's the current master plus https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/57223/), then it fails like this:
